He has always preformed work to the upmost standards, and in a timely manner. Terence is easy to work with, and upholds to the scope of work involved with all projects. He has vast experience in installing various structures with extensive equipment capabilities.

In July of 2020, Muscogee Farm, a division of Muscogee Nation of Florida contracted work on a professional 144″ x 44″ Green House. Terence Blackshear was the construction foreman for the effort. He contacted us early and set up a schedule for the entire project. Terence was both courteous and professional. His supervision and his workforce was excellent.
I was fully impressed with skills he exhibited as a supervisor and am looking to employing him again when we construct our next greenhouse.

It is my pleasure to offer this letter of recommendation for Terence Blackshear. I first met Terence when he started working in our maintenance department as an assistant. After a few years, Terence was promoted to our maintenance director. Anyone who owns or runs a nursery company knows that keeping greenhouses running efficiently requires knowledge in almost every field imaginable from plumbing to electrical to general construction. Terence proved proficient in all areas as well as having the ability to implement preventive maintenance strategies to prevent problems.
You will find that Terence is a leader and has the rare ability to “do” as well as teach and lead a team to accomplish goals. He is well organized and approaches problems in a methodical and logical way.
